So I've been dieting and working out faithfully and haven't cheated AT ALL in forever! I've been losing 3 pounds on average every single week, and I weigh myself every Friday morning... I make that a rule b/c I tend to get a little obsessed and will start checking the scale every day, so once a week, Friday mornings is all I'm allowed.
Anyway, I've been doing so awesome and getting back to my "fighting weight" if you will... but when I weighed myself this morning I gained 1 pound! WTH??????? I've been working my a-- off (literally) w/ my dieting by only eating 1,000 calories a day and working out 5 days a week. I'm going down in sizes, so I know I'm getting smaller. But I don't get it?? I've been losing 2-3 pounds every week and now all the sudden I gain a pound??? What is going on?????????????????????
