Anyone tried this workout routine or know anyone who has?
My bother-in-law is doing it and he's lost a good amount of weight in just the first month of it. So, me and the DH are going to start it on Monday. I've just heard results from men doing it and I'd like to hear from a woman's perspective.
My sister is addicted to Insanity. I've watched her do it a few times and let me tell you- its not for the faint of heart. He has you pretty much jumping up and down and doing flips and whatnot! Don't try it if you live in an apartment! lol I'd much rather walk or go for a light jog than subject myself to something so intense, but if you like it then go for it.
I've watched parts of it and it does look pretty intense. But, I have to feel like I'm dying and can't go on anymore before I feel like I'm really accomplishing anything lol. I'll let you guys know how I feel this time next week!
