Clark Howard's research found that the toning shoes don't really benefit with toning, but I have heard they are very comfortable.
My stomach musles were sore when I first started, but overtime they get better. Even some days they are still sore, just push through it because the soreness is a good thing-it means you are working your muslces!
I know nothing about those shoes so no help there. I do abs daily and at first my stomach was sore but it is better now. I still have some belly flab but the soreness is gone and my belly gets tighter with each passing week. just stick with it and it will get easier!
