I just did my first day of it, and I feel sooooo good about it! In fact, I feel GREAT! Since it doesn't require a gym or gym equipment (and therefore no money, lol), it really suits my lifestyle. Once DH got home from work, Caleb was taking his nap, and so I let DH stay here with Caleb while I went out. I was back home just under 30 minutes, and Caleb was still sleeping. So, I'm finally getting over my fear of being able to leave Caleb alone with Jimmy---at least while Caleb is sleeping!
I really recommend this program for those of you looking for a great cardio workout routine!
Maybe I'll join you. Like I said on FB, I did it and finished it right before getting pregnant with Lily. I thought I hated running, but found that I actually enjoyed it. Let me get over being sick and then I'll try to start
