Ok so its been a long time since I sit this platue in my wieght loss. Still 20 lbs over my pre-Baylee weight and 36 lbs over my goal weight! And I gotta say I havent been doing anything to change that!
But Im ready now to get the wheels moving. I am sick of being this size! My BMI actually puts me in the "overweight" catagory!
I'm taking baby steps here though. When I go full out right away I just mess up. So this week I stopped drinking soda... its out... and since I'm trying to relactate I upped my water intake! And can I say I feel great!
At work (im a security guard) I do rounds on 6 floors. No more elevator for me... this mommas taking the stairs. It hurts... haha but I'm excited!
Now to start using the stairs at school... this is intimidating for me because all my classes are on the 7th floor! Plus I dont want to be panting running into class.
Ok I also found this cute kiddo yoga ondemand and I started doing like 30 minutes of it a day (in 10 min intervals) with my 4 year old! He loves it and I do too. its def not a great work out but its something!
Good luck!! Yea I need to get going too! I have lost about 30lbs out of the 55lbs I gained. So I still have 25 left to get to pre-prego. Then extra on top of that! I need to keep motivated. I was doing great last week and lost like 4 lbs in 3 days then labor day weekend happened! LOL time to get going!
