so i have a great trainer, but there are a lot of times that one ofus winds up cancelling sessions. which is ok sometimes, but i really shouldnt let it happen TOO much. we plan for 3 times a week, knowing i will most likely only do 2. things were crazy for a couple weeks and i only did 1, but still jogging at home.
so this week i went monday and then wednesday he could not make it. ive been called into work tomorrow for 915am. my gym appt is 7-8. its such a stretch, and i know that i NEED to do both, but my tired self is already wanting to cancel. i REEEEEEEEEEALLY shouldnt....
i am sad to report i did not go. i had full intentions of going, even with the really crappy sleep i got last night. but poor DF, worked one job from 4pm til midnight and then went straight to the other job until 530am this morning. there was no way i could leave and make him take care of Liam after all that and THEN me go to work until i came back only for him to have a repeat of both jobs. i will do an ab routine and free weights tonight when th ebaby goes to bed to make up for it, and an extra jogging session tomorrow morning.
