Because here's my experience.

With my son...BOOM. Contractions. 10 minutes apart and they were painful.

With my daughter...contractions 3 minutes apart for three weeks...3 cms and 70% effaced...and once I had my membranes swept, I had bad cramping, and then my water broke.

I've been having cramps this time...very few contractions...do cramps mean anything good???

I still feel fine.

No clue but it seems we've switched places again. I'm not having any signs now, you have them all!

when iw as in the triage last night, the main reason i went was from the constant sever cramping I had, she said that's not what they want when you're full term... but then she didn't seem concerned either... and just told me to come back once my contractions are 3 mins apart for 90 mins

Now I'm having no more cramps...and some hard contractions but they are irregular and they don't actually hurt.

My uterus has completely forgotten what to do. Note to self...don't have kids 8.5 years apart next time. (In 8.5 years I better be hitting menopause...)

I have no idea...I have had contrax and cramps...it seems like when I have a bad round of deep cramps I seem to be more dialated when they check me and when I haven't had it then there's not much progress.... so it seems like they must mean something!!!

Ok this isn't funny! It's stopped for you and started for me again, don't know why I bothered with dinner, same issue as yesterday!

It's been 8.5 years for me too but all mine are c-section, so this crampy, contraction, clearing out thing is all new to me.

I've been crampy the last few days, but it hasn't done a thing for me. Last time I was only crampy for one afternoon and contractions started that night and then my water broke.

I've been crampy for days, would love to think that means something. Angela you are so going to beat me in the baby race.
