So for the last month and a half I've been working out hard and watching what I eat. My scale refuses to move. I believe I have lost maybe 3 pounds. I am almost done with the EA Active Wii 30 day challenge and it is VERY intense. I know I'm building muscle but it is SOOOO frustrating to not be losing any weight. Some clothes are fitting better but I just feel like my hard work is going un-rewarded! Anyone else in the same boat?
MEASURE yourself like once a month or every week, whatever will help. Make sure to change up your workout routine and food, your body does get familiar with routines. Maybe throw in a different workout once a week or two.
Thanks ladies!! You are totally right though, I did a calorie counter this week and it did make me realize how many "extra" calories I'm taking in by snacking on things I don't need! A daily thread would be awesome!
You are so right! I am EBF and now I remember with my daughter that I hung on to about 10 lbs until she was weaned. It's so funny to me though because BF is supposed to burn a bunch of calories a day but it also makes you hang on to a little more weight, for me anyways!
