ok it's only 10 am but thought I would start off

Breakfast: 4.5 pts
egg sandwich (1 egg, 3 egg whites, onion, tomato, Flat Bread) (4 pt)
coffee, splenda, Creamer........(.5 pt)

Lunch: 4.5
Home made beef barley veg soup (4.5)


Dinner: 8 pts
Chicken Breast.....(4pts)
marinade/oil (1pt)
Green beans- roasted in oven (0)
Roasted Potatoes(3 pt)

Snacks: 4 pts
Air popped popcorn- 3 tbs kernels- w/ pam butter spray (1 pt)
hershey kisses dark 4- (2pts)
more coffee (1 pt)


well that's the plan anyways-

THE plan for today

Breakfast: whole wheat toast with ff cheese, bananas (2...yea, I was hungry!), and yogurt (5 pts)
Lunch: smart ones meal and sf pudding (6 pts)
Snack: oatmeal (2 pts)
Dinner: chicken, sweet potatoe (7 pts)
Dessert: yogurt, oil, 1 c of fiber one regular cereal (3 pts)

I still have 2 pts left....so hmmmm I am outta wine.

I also plan to walk 30 minutes at lunch, MAYBE this evening but Lilyan is kinda fussy today, and some weights and exercises to work my core.

Not doing weight watchers but my meals for today were

Breakfast- Flax meal muffin ( flaxmeal, egg, cinnamon, splenda) & coffee

Snack- Almonds

Lunch- Shake (Protein powder, 3 cups spinach, 1 cup romaine, 1/4 aloe vera juice, TB coconut oil, splash of heavy cream, TB natural peanut butter, TB fage)

Dinner- Pork chops w/ loaded broccoli ( cheddar cheese and bacon pieces)

I am getting hungry but not sure what I will have as a snack yet. Maybe some eggs.

cauliflower, broccoli w/ lite dressing.....(2)

marinade/oil (1pt)
Green beans- roasted in oven (0)
Roasted Potatoes(3 pt)

Snacks: 12 pts
mini pretzels.....(2 pts)
hershey kisses dark 2- (1pts)
Diet Mojito Tea w/ Vodka (YUM) (2 pt)
more pretzels (4 pt)
no pudge brownie w/ ff/sf Ice cream (3 pt)



my Friday night fun ate up some points but thats ok, it was worth it- hehe
stuck pretty much to the plan I set out LOL

S..1 small slice of brunsweigert,1 small slice of pepperjack cheese
L..fish and 1/2c brocolli
