I don't know what it is, but I have just felt "off" lately. Really tired, and getting odd hot flashes from very little exertion that once they happen I just can't seem to get rid of. And very little energy most days. Not to mention I am getting hypoglycemic more often lately as well. I am thinking that minimally I might have my thyroid checked again since my mom had thyroid issues, and probably my iron levels, and maybe ask if anything from my PCOS could be worsening causing some of these problems.

Oh and it's not pregnancy lol.... I did test for that a few weeks back and thankfully that was a beautiful BFN! At that time I was also feeling nauseous! YIKES!

Could it be hormone related from nursing? i get hot flashes while bfing a LOT. It wouldn't hurt to get a workup though!

I know how you feel and I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. I would talk to a doctor about it. I didn't but made sure I was eating better, getting sunshine, exercise in and that seemed to help.

ugh, that doesn't sound fun. one thing most annoying to a mom of little ones is energy depletion. i hope it's something simple to fix.

I still fight with days of feeling "off" and then I freak out over it and develop MAJOR ANXIETY. then other days are great..........I dont get it.

Yes, go see a doctor.....at least it will give you some piece of mind.
