I've been wanting to do this and I decided to try workout 1 today. Turns out I'm not ready to jog yet, my insides felt like they were being beat to death. I go back to my Ob/Gyn next week so maybe then I can jog.
Anyway it still kicked my butt and all I tried to do was a fast walk once I realized the jogging was too much. I'm tired but I did get 30 minutes in
