I'm taking the Rainbow Light one-daily prenatals. I found it had everything I needed and the amounts of the specifics needed were good... I like them!
Monday: I have GOT TO take my kiddos out for a walk in our double stroller. It's a great workout, as it is super hilly here, and we can use the stroller! I also have to drink more water. I've been stuck at about 60 ounces, and I need to drink at least 100. Been doing OK on the vits and so forth... snacking is blech, so will focus on that more too.
I have my 6 week post partum check up on Wednesday and I was hoping to be closer to my starting weight, so the walking will do me good...
... and I'll do the daily challenge if someone has a good exercise for me to do

Not looking forward to weigh in Wednesday. I have been very hungry lately and paranoid about my supply going down, so I've eaten every time a little hunger strikes. I need to plan better for those hunger attacks while grocery shopping. I found this week I didn't really plan snacks into my shopping list therefore I eat crap. I don't think I've gained, but I know I haven't lost.
