Here's our official thread

This is where we'll log in our daily/weekly progress. Check in as often as you can, but know the more you check in, the more likely you will be to achieve your goals You may want to occasionally include your goal, what you have achieved so far, and any successes or challenges you may face so we can also celebrate or throw ideas out there to help get through those challenges or plateaus.

Woo hoo, ladies! this is the path to being healthier, more energetic, hot mamas

My official starting weight is 172.5 (just weighed myself) and I'd like to get down to 120. That is 52.5 lbs! It'll be a challenge but I can do it!

I'll weigh myself tomorrow (Wed) and start the challenge. I'm nervous that I don't have motivation to stay with this, so I need this "support group"

I'd like to lose 25 pounds from where I am now (I'm not going to put my weight, I'm self conscious )

I've lost 20 so far.

Weighed myself this morning. Weighed in at 162. Immediate goal is to lose the 7 more pounds to get back to pre-pregnancy. Then I would like to lose another 15 pounds to get down to 140. No timeline on this though.

Ugh...I hate scales.

Monday, October 5 - starting weight 129.
Goal by Halloween - 125
Goal by Thanksgiving - 121

Walked a med paced 5 miles last night - bad idea. We did 5 miles in 70 minutes. Slower than my normal pace, but still too much. I am not healed enough for that. I should have only done 3.

I'll use Wed. as my weekly weigh-in day. My starting weight is 175, my pre-pregnancy weight was 167, so I have 8 more lbs to lose. After that my next goal would be to lose 17 lbs to be at 150.

Goals
10/6 175 (starting wt)
10/31 170
11/25 165
12/25 160

It's Weigh In Wed. for me!

OK, girls, keep in mind... I am 6'1" and yes, really, big boned...

I weighed 263 (yes, that is a 2)
Pre preg is 252. I would LOVE to hit that by end of Oct, but that's stretching it as it seems the fun BF-only weight loss has hit a plateau

Ultimate goal: 217 (for a while, I may readdress this later, after I've been at the weight for a bit, if we don't get preggo in the spring!!!). Hoping for this by June.

--------------

Oct 6:

Drink 100 oz of water

3 sets of a circuit training...
* 15 squats
* 10 push ups
* 15 lunges
* 15 tricep bends
* 50 calf raises
= 1 set

POSSIBLY (depending on when Dh comes home and if takes DD out)... 15 min on the stationary bike.

I will weigh on Wed as well.

10/6-162lbs

Pre-preggo weight was 145

Ulitmate goal is 135 ( This is what I was in highschool)

Would like to hit 155ish by halloween. Seems I have hit a plateau this week.

My daily fitness goals:

5 servings+ fruits and vegetables
10+ glasses of water
10 minutes yoga(until 6 wk pp anyway)
take vitamins

I'm not interested(currently) in weight loss. If this group is still going in March I may want to lose a bit for bikini season

Weigh in Wednesday:

Today's weight 129 - YAY - pizza didn't do me in like I thought. I only ate 2 pieces but felt like crap most the rest of the night.

Today I had:
2 blueberry waffles (eggo)
1 granola bar
1/2 Lenny's sub with a bag of regular kettle chips
1/4 cup frozen yogurt
1/2 (the other half from lunch) Lenny's sub with a serving of SunChips
1 light beer

So I need to increase my fruit and water tomorrow. I am going to shoot for ONE cup of coffee and water the rest of the day. I usually have one piece of fruit everyday, but it just didn't happen that way today. Maybe I'll stop eating these sunchips and sub in an apple.

Was going to walk tonight, but walking partner's husband is out of town. I won't get another chance until Saturday, but that's okay. I'll keep up with the daily challenges for now.

I walked a mile today with Logan in the stroller, did 20 situps on the exercise ball and the leg/butt exercises on the link. I had a Lean Cuisine for dinner...NOT filling at all. Had to eat 2 granola bars to fill up and I'm still thinking of food.

Feeling frusterated, I am so tired that I snack to stay awake with baby. This is not helping my weight any.

What type of vit are you ladies taking? Just a regular multi vitamin or a prenatal?

Crystal... I find myself doing the same thing. I eat because I'm exhausted or bored. Not experiencing the bored problem now, but the exhaustion is certainly a culprit.
