OMG *LOL* WHAT HAVE I GOTTEN MYSELF INTO!?!?!?!?
I decided the best way for me to motivate my booty is to pay to workout. I was looking at the local community centres a couple weeks ago and found this class Buns, Tums, and Thighs and thought oooooh that sounds great and will work the areas I most want to tone. I go to the first class tonight expecting this nice, easy enough workout. Nope, it's like hardcore aerobics and toning. Ok, maybe I'm just way out of shape (still), but holy moly I was huffing and puffing and sweating like a mad woman. I had to walk down some stairs after leaving the class and my legs felt like wet noodles! I had to take a serious five to prevent myself from tumbling down the stairs LOL.
It's only once a week for 6 weeks, but if I want to have more strength each week and actually see results I have to do this at home too. But regardless of the pain I'm in now and the pain I foresee myself having tomorrow morning, I'm glad I signed up!!
