So the past week I have started running again. I tried to run around 8 weeks PP, but it just was not happening- too stinkin hard, lol. So I just kept up my walking routine instead. Well I am realizing I definitely need to kick it into high gear if I want to reach my goals, so I started running. It was MUCH easier this time, I am glad I took the break! I decided to do something different too- I did a combo of walking and running and didnt look at the distance, only the minutes spent doing each. I started off just running 2 mins at a time, and by the end of the week I was able to run 10! I can't believe I'm actually doing it, it feels so good! My new goal is to run a 5k by the end of November, which I think will be both challenging and doable if I keep it up.
