My lovely Aunt Flo decided to finally pay me a visit. I've been nursing about 90% of the time, with Patrick getting an occasional bottle at night to help me get some rest. I definitely have a love/hate relationship with her, that's for sure. Love that she finally came, hate that I will have 7 days of cramping, bleeding, and bloating. Ugh!

Anyone else still nursing have their period back yet?! Did you notice a decrease in supply during this time?!

I completely randomly got mine once, before we started solids even. It came while I was on vacation and going to the beach. It was terrible. Cramps were awful. I just got it randomly again 2 days ago. Not one cramp, awkwardness, nothing.

I didn't notice a decrease in supply or anything! Part of me was excited to try out my cloth pads though. I'm really loving them.

Af just showed up last week randomly. No love hate here just hate!! It was terrible very heavy and lasted way to long 8 days.
