The same...

Weighed in at 129.0 exactly. If I was 128.9, I would still claim 128.

But I had Canadian Thanksgiving this weekend (our friend is Canadian and living in the states, so we just HAD to help him celebrate) and really pigged out on that. I only did one day of cardio, so I knew I wasn't going to lose anything. I am going on a one mile walk tonight. Can't do cardio again until the weekend though. This really sets me behind on my goal of 125 by Halloween. I don't think I can do 4 pounds in 17 days. Maybe 3 if I really buckle down and get my cardio in...but I really have to push myself more with my food. Better snacking is all it boils down to. I am eating really healthy with my meals, but crappy in my snack choices.

So that settles it....better snacks. That's next week goal. Oh..and to lose at least 1 pound.

I'm down 2 lbs, so I'm at 173. I'm surprised because I didn't do much walking this past week. I'll be getting on the treadmill tonight and will be starting a daily routine. I'm 5 weeks postP, so I'll start a little exercise this weekend. If I can lose 1-2 lbs per week, I'll make it to my first goal by halloween.

I was at 186.2 this morning. The only walking I've done is just taking my son to school. I did walk 2 miles last wek, but then afterwards I had terrible hip pain, so I decided to wait a litle longer before trying again.

Went three miles instead of one tonight. The weather was toooo gorgeous to stop!

Weight is actually UP! WHA!!! So, I'm starting the c25k thing tomorrow and drinking more water. How totally freaking upsetting.

This is embarrassing but oh well, for accountability sakes...I'm at 215 today. I was 204 pre-pregnancy, and 230 when I delivered. I was 160 when I met DH. I need to get back down to 160. Starting c25k today and trying drink lots of h2o!

It is upsetting - but don't let it UPSET you!! I was thinking about this last night. We are all exhausted and one thing that combats weight loss is being tired. Small steps. We'll get there, I promise.

WAY TO GO starting the 5K training. That program is very very doable. You are going to have great success AND like running. At least, I do! I find it one of the best ways to clear my head. RUN momma RUN!!
