I know what you mean. I played midfield in soccer for the longest time. It was a lot of running. I used to be in good shape.

And I skipped my workout this morning. I didn't get much sleep last night and I'm still sick. I'm hoping to go out tomorrow morning instead.

I finished week 2 tonight. I've found that the workout itself is do-able (at least to this point). Getting out the door is the hard part.

I know it's not part of the official training, but I have to post somewhere!

I've decided that it will take me a lot longer to get to the 5k part. I may be repeating weeks until I can do them fully and move on to the next. No biggie. I know I am totally out of shape and need to take this slowly but consistently.

Yesterday I did my c25k, today I rode my stationary bike for 31 minutes! So far, I've done pretty well in staying consistent with working out. Hopefully, time will bring good results and I can feel better about myself
