Ugh! I have not been eating like I should or doing much activity! With both my boys, I wasn't able to lose any weight until I stopped pumping/BFing. I am always snacking, but I know I need to stop if I expect to lose anything!
I am really going to try and focus this week. I HAVE TO!!!
I do so much better with a food diary. Maybe we should start a thread with that info. Just our daily log of food. We can estimate calories if we want (something that always helps me). Without a food diary I always find myself grabbing a handful of things here and a snack there. Just mindless eating.
Don't beat yourself up yet. You just had a baby. We'll get this done together!
