I finally made it to the gym this morning after not going at all last week and only a couple of times the week before that. The change of weather makes it much colder at 5:30 am and all I want to do is sleep in and stay warm under my nice fluffy covers. I guess the rest of this weight won't just come off by itself so I have to find my motivation and get crackin'!
Anyone else in a workout slump these days? How do you get motivated again?
I don't work out! I have zero motivation. I applied for a YMCA membership so I'd have access to a gym and maybe that would motivate me (if I was paying). I also want to do swim lessons for Peyton if I become a member!

Me! I hardly ever work out right now.. It's sooo hard to find time for me with the kids and work.. The only way I would be able to work out is if I had DH watch the kids for a bit after dinner so I could work out which I will start doing.. However it seems like whenever I do that he doesn't really 'watch' them and my 2 year old always ending up finding her way down the stairs and into my room to pester me. I just need to have a talk with DH and make sure he knows I am serious and need my 30 minutes of alone time to get it done!! I could go to the gym but I hate the gym and I have a ton of great DVDs for home to use. I can't stand working out in front of other people!!
