I started Jillian Michaels 30 day shred today. I am sore and may have took some breaks when I wasn't supposed to but I finished it. I am so out of shape. I am going to try and stick this out for the 30 days though as well as my Wii Fit. According to my WiiFit I have lost 6 pounds since Sept 27th.
So funny you posted this today. I just finished day 1 of the 30 day shred. I plan on doing this the days I am not running. The shoulder exercises are the ones that kill me. The jump rope got me because I had to pee even though I didn't realize it until I started jumping. I wish she did more abs because that is my problem area. So after that I did 100 crunches and 40 obliques.
Gwynne it is hard bur soooo doable. It in interval work out that has 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute ab times 3. She has modification for most of the moves and you just work up to the "regular " pace.
