i hate wednesdays...

up a pound...supposed to be down 2 at this point. i guess all i can do is keep trying.

I'm down 2 this week! It has been challenging this week, but I'm super happy to be down. I kept track of everything I ate by writing it down. I also starting doing the Jillian Michael's Kettlebell work out - it is super hard, but as long as I see results.

GRRRR! I am up as well. Its no surprise, I have been eating everything in sight. BFing makes me so hungry. Unfortunately I feel like I am going to be stuck at this blobby weight until we stop BFing.

WTG for the ladies with losses.

I really got discouraged this morning when I weighed in, but know that I am at a healthy weight for my height. I really don't want to become obsessive about this and be unhealthy.
So - I am in a better mindset. I will start keeping a food log through LoseIt on my iPad (iPhone and iTouch users can get the app for free) and keep adding in my exercise. DH is convinced made a good point at lunch and told me that I never lose weight when I am sleep deprived.

Keep on keeping on ladies!! We are here to be healthy for ourselves and our precious bundles of joy...mine which is calling for me....

This morning I was 147 lbs, that is down a total of 6 lbs !!! Super happy with that, I was hoping for 145lbs at halloween so Hopfully !

I forgot to weigh this morning, but I suspect it won't be pretty since my dad and brother were in town and everything went out the window. They're all gone now, so I can focus again... I'll weigh tomorrow and get my reality check.

Well... I'm down 5 pounds from the last time (when I was up 6 pounds), so I almost lost all I gained from who knows what. Still 11 pounds above pre-preg weight and 49 pounds from my goal.

My OB appointment is Nov 3 and I would love to be down even closer to my pre-preg weight before then!

Good work girls!!! I am still in a motivation stage of workout program. I have thought of what I want to do and have done cycling class research I have lost about a pound or two since the last week by trying to watch what I eat and walking a lot. I am hoping to get into running next week. I will be 6 weeks PP tomorrow and there will be no more excuses!
No matter if your pounds are coming off, you are building your muscle mass and that makes some good difference in looks!!

I weighed myself yesterday and I was 169.5 which means I lost 3 lbs.

So I figured out the problem. Without giving TMI some stool softeners came to my rescue and I am back down to 128. So I still have 3 pounds to get to my goal of 125. Don't think it'll be by Halloween so I am changing my goal date November 10 which is one week after my birthday. I have busted mt butt this week and think it if keep it up I can do it.
