yeah, i havent been around in awhile, my parents were intown and we all went to new orleans so its been a bit hectic.
i'm bad, i stopped running. i keep meaning to get up in the morning and do it, but its soooo hard! and i refuse to leave Liam with FMIL in the evening if i dont really have to. shes currently on my shi*list.
at any rate, ive decided to cut out meat and unnecessary dairy and carbs from my diet, only fish, fruit and veggies for me. we shall see how long i can make it...
we do nuts and seeds and i am not opposed to eating ungodly amounts of avocado, its soooo good! but i really dislike beans. i do green beans and edamame (is that considered a bean?) and thats about it.
I love avocado too!! I think edamame is a soy bean. Whatever that is. lol
Good luck with your way of eating. I want to gradually stop eating dairy but it's so hard. I love cheese! Once I stopped eating the extra carbs, my whole body changed. Energy levels are through the roof (unless the baby has a bad night), hypoglycemia is under control, my skin is clear, I am fitting into jeans that I couldn't get into before I had the baby. I hope you get great results!
