I'm quite depressed about things, as I've been this weight for 2 weeks now, and I'm STILL above where I was pre-preg, and far, far, far away from my goal weight. I've worked out faithfully and have been OK with everything else. Sigh. I guess I just keep at it. There's no way my body can hang on to all this blubber forever.

Remember that 1 stupid pound I lost? Yeah, it's back. Gwynne, I am like you and spent the day (my stinking birthday at that) quite upset and devising a new plan with my food. I refused to go to birthday lunch or dinner yesterday because we are going out Saturday and I know I don't need to eat out twice. For me it really boils down to food and it always has. I've got to get better.
I;ve been sitting about 4 pounds above prepreg weight which makes all my clothes uncomfortable, but close enough to not rationalize buying new clothes Started running daily this week though so hopefully my increase in needing more calories from running will level off soon and some pounds will drop.
