Hi ladies!!

First off, I wanna say CONGRATULATIONS to everyone that's had their LO's while I've been absent...I hope you are all enjoying your time with the new additions!

I wanted to come on and say that yes, I'm still alive and well And baby Lily is just amazing! I haven't had the time to come on and update or post pics or a birth story (who'd have thought a baby would take up so much of your time? hehehe)...but I wanted to let you all know that I think of you guys a lot and am hoping everyone is doing well.

When I get around to it, I'll have to post my birth story -- it was INSANE how fast she came (I was in labor for just under 6 1/2 hours), and how ridiculous and painful my contractions were (45 sec - 1 min apart back labor). She's obviously pretty punctual cause she wanted out asap!

Tomorrow is my 6 week PP checkup, and I know everything will be fine. I had 2 small 2nd degree tears, but I feel like my body is almost back to normal....I kinda forgot what it's like NOT to be pregnant!

Anyway, we are all doing fantastic....I love being a mom more than anything in the world. She is the most precious thing and I'm having a ball watching her grow and seeing her little personality starting to shine through .

Ohhhhh! She is soooo beautiful. She has such big, adorable eyes. It's awesome to hear that you're loving motherhood. I can't wait to read your birth story and see more pictures in the future. =)

She's darling Suma! Thanks for sharing her pics - she looks like your DH as far as I can tell - glad you're enjoying mommyhood - oh yeah, there's very little time outside baby care, even when they sleep all day!
