I swear I've gained back like 3 pounds. It's sooo hard for me to return to healthy eating when I take a few days off. My body always overreacts like, "Oh yeah, THIS is what I've been missing!" And then I eat like crap for the next two weeks. I NEED to get back on track. Without diet soda (due to aspartame poisoning), I've been having a really hard time just sticking to water. IMO, juice is almost as bad as soda when it comes to dieting because of all the sugars, and that along with hot cocoa (another bad choice) have been my alternate choices. I still drink a lot more water than I used to (battling off the beginning stages of a UTI have helped me in the motivation to drink more water), but I'm just NOT making healthy eating choices. I need some encouragement, ladies!! I'm finally at me pre-preg weight, and I want to keep losing!! NOT gaining back!
Oh, and not to mention that it's FREEZING outside, and I have bad joints that get worse in cold weather, so I am not exercising outside AT ALL. That makes matters worse, too. My house is so small that I hate exercising in it. I need to get a gym membership that has daycare.
