Is it advisable to run long races (over 5k) when pregnant? I have a friend that ran a half marathon at 4 months, and she's nuts. I love to run and would like to keep doing it for as long as I can while pregnant. Thanks!
If you are training for half marathons before becoming pregnant and you are used to running long distances then it is ok. But if you only run like 3 miles a couple times a week, I don't think it's advisable to go above that.
