Keeping a food diary is such an eye opener!!!!
I am counting calories and OMG my intake is way too high!!
But it is helping me be more conscious of what I am eating.

Here is to losing weight and eating healthier!

I downloaded an app on my phone called My Fitness Pal and have been tracking all my food in an effort to lose weight. It really helps to be conscious of it all.

I just signed up for My Fitness Pal and I love it! I was kind of looking for something because I'm pizzed at weight watchers for changing their program when I'm so close to goal and I was looking for an alternative so thanks for tipping me off!

Shannon I really dread entering some of the things I have eaten because I know I am going to go over my calorie count.
