Yay Emma! I find that if I can just skip the "bad" things in the grocery store and not bring them home I do much better. There was a time that my kids actually thought graham crackers were cookies and frozen yogurt (like an actual container of FF yogurt - frozen) was ice cream. We are slowly working ourselves back in to that habit again, but it's a little harder because they are older and want to have what their friends are having in their lunches. In which case, I buy them the "treats" that I don't care for so that I am not so tempted.

OMG great idea Lisa. I am definitely gonna get frozen yogurt from now on instead of ice cream. DD always wants ice cream for dessert. I have to tell her no so many times and she throws quite the temper tantrum.

Anyways. I haven't really gotten started on a food regime. I hopefully can start something up soon. Especially since I just joined Livestrong's calorie counter. However so far I have worked out everyday except yesterday I try to walk, do ab and butt exercises. run , pilates and yoga.
For those of you who have that extra skin problem on your tummy from the babies. I know a trick that works to tighten that skin up. It's a yoga move.
Loose Stomach Skin – How to Tighten Loose Abdominal Skin
I did it ONE time and my skin tightened like 50% back to normal. After that it seems to be working more slowly but still working. I'm really excited about it because I watch videos about tummy tucks and I REALLY don't want to do that.
