so one way to get me pumped and motivated is to see other people lose weight. this tells me I too can do it. So what do you ladies think about a Monday weigh in post?
Get to work ladies because we have a date here on Monday.....

1/10/11-I had a loss of -3.8 this week!! Down to 187.6!!!
1/17/11-I had a loss of -2.4 this week! Down to 185.2
1/24/10- 184.8

WAY to go!!! I know I"ve at least lost size because my clothes are definitely looser but I dont think the scale is much different. OFf to weigh myself! OH, do you guys want to post on your same post each Monday (you know, just "edit" your original post), so there arent hundreds of posts here, and you can see each persons whole journey?
Monsay 1/10: 154.2
Monday 1/17: 154.4 (  SERIOUSLY! What is wrong w/ my body?? I have been eating so well!)
Monday 1/24: 153
Monday 1/31: 154.3 Bad week...but I was sick and wasnt able to work out.
Monday 2/7: 153.8 Not bad considering it was super bowl junk food day on Sunday!
Monday 2/14: 152.6

As of 1/10, I'm sill 183. My clothes are definitely bigger so I know that I'm going in the right direction even though I haven't lost anything in 4 days. I'm lifting weights and you know how that goes.....
1/24 182 Clothes getting bigger so I'm ok w/ it.
2/6 180.8 Painfully slow progress, but at least the scale started moving!
3/7 176.8 I can't wait til I hit 170!!! It usually flies off when I get to that point.
3/22 175.8 Started P90X and even though I'm only down 1 pound, I'm really starting to get fit.
3/25 175.0
4/21 171.6
5/29 168.6
7/28 161.2
8/18 158.2

I should get the go ahead on excercise at my 6 wk appointment tomorrow, so I'll go ahead and get in on this weight loss thread.
Goal weight: 120 lbs.
1/10/11 weigh in: 131 lbs.
1/24/11 weigh in: 131 lbs.

I had a gain of 2.2  I know its AF (it better be) oh yeah and all that crazy eating I did last week
So I went from 188.6 to 190.8.
That's o.k, new week, new goals!! Time to get back on track...
***Semi-back on track.
1/24/11-188 I always go over my points by 3pts and eat not so healthy in the weekend. I don't do any exercise, so its obvious that I just have so much weight to lose.
Good job ladies....let's keep going.

1/10 - 204... I haven't changed at all in the past few days. I blame the visit from AF but at least I didn't gain anything.
1/17 - 206 see comments below
1/24 - Was up to 206 last week now still holding at 204 (my weight for the past 2+ weeks).. the odd part is despite my weight going up for a week and then pretty much staying the same this month - my pants are starting to fit better. The SO says my weight isn't changing because I'm building muscle. I say the fat has decided to hibernate somewhere else.
In related news I've tripled my efforts on getting exercise in daily this past week, including getting EA active 2 for the WII (I'm miserable about motivation without direction). Lucky for me Sebastian enjoys laughing at mommy leaping around like a crazy person so if I time it right I can exercise longer if I start when he is still on his morning sleepfest then the last 15min or so he just watches me.
1/31 - 205 and starting to get annoyed.

224 last monday... 226 this monday what the crap!! I have been so good, staying under my calories, drinking lots of water...
today I have changed from low fat to low carb.. hopefully next monday i will have some good progress

Final Pregnancy weight - 232
Real short term goal - 206 (pre-pregnancy my first baby)
Short term goal - 199 (just want to not be in the 200's anymore)
Long term goal - 155 (normal range)
1/10 - 211.4
1/17 - 210.6
1/24 - 210.4

I'm scared to weigh myself since I started weightlifting... Also, I may be better off weighing in on Fridays instead of Mondays  Weekends are for junk and no exercise! LOL

Ok last time I stood on the scale was before Christmas and I was 131. I'm now 134... not as bad as I thought but I can definitely see the weight coming back on. My goal is 120 so once I get 5 mins I'll start working out again. Right now I'm going to have to stick with eating healthy LoL.
