I have successfully lost all of my pregnancy weight but cannot seem to lose the fat on my stomach. Dh and I call it my bagel, hence the title of the post, because that's what it reminds me of. It's like this little pouch of fat that just won't go away. I do tons of cardio, have tried sit-ups, reverse crunches, etc... It just will not budge. Is there a secret I do not know about? Help!
I do a lot of crunches and reverse crunches and that seems to help. Have you tried pilates? that is great for your core (belly) as is yoga. I think I would give that a try and see if it helps! good luck! belly bagel is rough to get rid of
I call mine a bagel too! If I put my hands around it, it looks just like one. lol Anyway, I had mine before kids and the only thing that helped was diet and running and ab work. I have it again now but I have a little loose skin so mine won't fully go away unless I have surgery. Hopefully just exercise, ab work, diet and time will help it go away. Like Kim said, it's a tough thing to get rid of.
