You don't have to reply here, but you can if you like. I just wanted somewhere I could write my thoughts post my before, during & after pics. Read in those times when I want to quit... you get the idea


Starting weight: 76.5 kilos (168.6 lb)
First goal: 69 kilos (152.1 lb)

Ultimate goal: 130 lb give or take a few lbs mainly just wanted to be tone and looking great!


Diet starting day 8th of January 2010!

Day 1, so far so good! Though I am writing this at 11pm and I am starving LOL my legs and arms are aching also but its worth it I've been going to start this diet for weeks and finally I decided to stop making excuses and go for it!

Breakfast: Egg sunny side up on whole meal toast tiniest bit of meadow lea margarine x2 xantrax

Snack: apple and x2 xantrax

Lunch: sorj whole meal wrap with grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato x1 xantrax

Snack: protein shake x1 xantrax

Dinner: grilled steak, broccoli and silver beet


Exercise: 45 minute walk at medium pace and pushing double pram, work out on ab swing.

drinks: at least 2 litres of water ONLY! wooot!

9th of Jan DAY 2

Weight: 75.9 kilo/167.3lb (I think I forget I'll have to re check the wii later)

breakfast 2x egg scrambled on whole meal toast x2 xantrax and teaspoon of omega-3 fish oil

Snack: apple and x2 xantrax

Lunch: 2 X sorj whole meal wrap with grilled chicken, lettuce and tomato x1 xantrax

Snack: Missed it

Dinner: grilled steak, broccoli, snow peas and silver beet

snack: protein shake after walk

Exercise: 2 hour walk at medium pace

drinks: at least 2 litres of water

today was harder, but I got through it no looking back now

Day Three
weight-75.8kg/167.1

I had a sleep in so I ate breakfast at my snack time whoops haha

Breakfast- 2 egg scrambled 1 bacon and peice of wholemeal toast 2x Xantrax and teaspoon of omega-3

Lunch x2 xantrax 1 wholemeal sorj wrap with chicken, lettucs and onion touch bbq sauce and a pinch of Parmesan

Snack

Dinner

11th of January

weight-75.3kg/166lb!
I am feeling awesome! I've lost so another lb!

Breakfast- 2 egg scrambled 1 bacon and peice of wholemeal toast 2x Xantrax and teaspoon of omega-3

Lunch x2 xantrax a bowl of really low carb and fat pasta with zucchini and broccoli (if anyone wants to recipe dont hesitate to ask!)

Dinner- mcdonalds chicken seared Caesar salad wrap wirthout bacon

WOOOHOOO! You already lost 6lbs! That is fabulous Em! I totally fell off the wagon this weekend, but now I am inspired to jump back on hee hee! So far so good today It helps to see your progress (we are about the same place).
