Great job Julie!

I think I am on about Day 8 too but sometimes I have been doing them twice in a day so I am thinking about trying level 2 today. I am getting a little bored of level one. I can do it all the way through now but its still hard. I am just looking for variety. I did the elliptical this morning for 35 minutes and will try and do the shred this afternoon. Avery has ballet class tonight so probably won't get any time tonight.

How you doing Kelli? Tanya?

Just completed Day 5 of level 1! Its getting easier!

Also starting Weight Watchers today

Holy Crap! Just did level 2 and it is hard. I really like it though but I am red faced and a sweaty mess. Have to grab a yogurt or something to eat as I literally feel like I am going to pass out and then I desperately need a shower.

Yeah that lady looks amazing. I am not kidding myself though, I will never be a size 2. I have big hips and having 2 babies has only made that worse. Prior to being pregnant the smallest size I could ever fit into regardless of my weight was a 6. Now I am a 12.

Just did Day 2 Level 2 and ughhh!! It kicks my ***. I feel way more muscles being worked then I did in level 1 though so that is good. I really work up a sweat. Makes me realize I wasn't sweating enough in level one.

I am so old and fat I am going to be on level one of the 30 day shred forever. i am just finally getting to the point that I don't feel like it is going to kill me forever! I am on day 20 of weight watchers and day 12 straight of the shred and it is working. My legs tend to get muscular and they are firming up now. Not what i was aiming for but it will have to do.

That awesome Julie! You are doing great. Can't wait to hear what you think of level 2. I really like it. I really feel my muscles buring for a while afterwards. Especially my abs.

I did Day 3 of Level 2 and 30 minutes on the elliptical this morning. Then I had a huge nap while Hudson napped this afternoon. Felt sooooo good!

^ You're kicking booty girl! I bet that nap did feel good.

I did day 1 of level 2 this morning and it kicked my butt! It was pretty tough! I definitely feel different muscles working.

Did Day 4 of Level 2 today. I am getting better at it. All the plank stuff really works my abs. I am hoping to get the elliptical in this afternoon too cause I think I am going to eat really bad tonight and maybe even have a drink or 2 so gotta burn off those calories!

Sorry ... I forget to look in this thread sometimes! I've been doing really well though - I'm meeting my goal of at least 5X's per week.

Today I did Level 2 of the Shred and 30 mins on the treadmill. Wow - Level 2 is hard! Besides the pushup's I was finding Level 1 starting to get easier. This week we've also been portion controlling and only 4 - 5 grains for me. Friday kinda threw me for a loop because we went out for DH's birthday supper. Fun, but lots of food.

I made DH do the Yoga with me and he couldn't keep up. He used the kids as an excuse - oh Myles is fussing I better hold him. So funny!

So far so good! I promise to check back in more this week!

I'm hoping to be down 3 pounds this week - and them aiming for one - two pounds per week after that.

Tanya it sounds like you are doing fantastic. Keep it up and try and check in with us.

Did 25 minutes on the elliptical and Day 5 of Level 2 on the Shred. Eating really good today. I am making up for a cheeseburger, fries and couple drinks yesterday. Oh and ice cream. Lol. One "cheat" day isn't going to kill me.

Did day 7 of level 1 today. Everything is easier, but my HR is still getting up there. Can't wait to see what level 2 is like!!

I joined Loseit today. Weight watchers is not for me. Hoping to get control over my calories!

I just went to check and you actually can see your friends weights, their goals, if they are + or - on their calories and if they gained or lost weight that week.

I did Day 6 yesterday and Day 7 today of Level 2. Also 25 minutes on the elliptical. I really like level 2 actually.

How did Monday go ladies? Monday's are always hard.
