So what's for dinner??

We're having pizza which I am very excited about because...

a) DH makes the crust since I consider that baking and refuse to do it. and b) pizza on a Monday makes it feel like Friday!

We'll have gluten free crust with mozzarella and irish cheeses, sundried tomatoes, spinach, mushroom and artichokes.

Racine, I'm coming over!

We are on our own as daddy has class, so I'm just having poached eggs with homemade bread.

Some sort of chicken with a side of macaroni and cheese that DH made last night. No clue how I'm going to prepare the chicken though. I should get on that now that it's after 5pm!

Chicken paprikash over egg noodles or brown rice here. Plus, steamed veggies and a salad.

Sounds like you ladies are having some yummy stuff!

Erin, what kind of soup did you make? I made soup three times this past week, I'm sort of on a soup kick right now! I'm always looking for more good soup ideas!

In case any of you were wondering, our pizza was ridiculous. I may have had a minor orgasm while eating it. I think it was the sundried tomatoes. And there's two pieces leftover for lunch tomorrow

Racine - that sounds wonderful! But I could never get my hubby to eat sundried tomato or artichoke... sigh...

We had deer steak, mashed potato with gravy and fresh green beans. It was yummy.

SEriously, Racine...you're totally my cooking idol. Like Laura, I could never get dh to eat those things though. He ruins this kind of thing for me!!

Shelley--what is chicken paprikash?

We had Crockpot Ravioli. Easy and delish! DH cooked, tonight was my late night at work.

lol...Dan gets crap from the guys at work about the way we eat, so he totally plays it up and loves being able to tell them all the "weird" food we eat...it got him eating it though, and now he actually enjoys it, score. No joke, He even tweeted about tonight's pizza.

we had a baked pasta dish that I whipped up with some hot turkey sausage...salad and Parmesan bread. Racine the pizza sounds delish/ What is your secret to cooking the pizza...do you have a pizza stone. We always try to make our own...in a pan- grill etc. we can not perfect it.

Love turkey sausage!

Yup, I have a stone....I swear by Pampered Chef's stoneware, I don't own any other kind of bakeware. Totally worth the investment!

DH has been sick so he has been in bed since I got off work. I just had some leftover chili that we made yesterday.
