I am a Biggest Loser nut, and I also find the contestants on FB and add them. They have alot of good info, tips and such.
Ada Wong from last season posted this. Something we can all do at home and until I can get the jist of the Zumba.. (even though I have danced from about 8 years old all the way up till I graduated.. I now have 2 left feet) I am going to start this.. anyone wanna take the challenge with me?!?
