My goal is to lose 70lbs and become active again.

My biggest weakness is eating in the middle of the night and eating when bored or stressed out.

I"m so with you. I munch when I am bored. For now my small goal is 25 lbs by Mid April.

Long run I need to lost about 120 to be content.

Ugh. Completely fell off the wagon but today I'm hopping back on. Wearing my pedometer and have discovered a nice calorie counting app for my Evo. I LOVE IT!!

So easy to track my daily intake. I just scan the barcode or type in what I'm having. Super simple.

Ordering my food scale when tim gets home. I need his debit card since I lost mine over the weekend.

Hopefully I'll make it to the gym this evening.
