My goal is to lose around 20lb too, but by April (I don't mind if it's the end of April!)!! Woohoo!!
I have been doing Zumba workouts for a little while at home (I am now a qualified instructor!!), so I do that every other day. Each day, I go to the gym or a group class for at least an hour - my daily goal is to make sure I have that hour to myself!! The Zumba I do with the dvd at home fits in between Jaron's sleeps - my 2 year old loves doing it with me!
The 30 day Shred. A friend here got that the other day. Maybe I should see if I can get a copy and we can work on it together?
It's ok to cheat every once in a while plus it was your Aunt's bday.
I did the 30 minute shred yesterday, drank about 100 oz of water. I ate a little more than usual because Jordan is going through some sort of growth spurt the last few days and is eating constantly so I'm eating a little more than usually, but it's all healthy at least.
Today I plan on doing the 30 day shred and continue drinking 100 oz of water.
