Stacey, we can do this!!!

I would like to lose 20lbs by June.

My goal today is to do the 30 day shred video (I started yesterday) and to eat better and to not snack.

Hi Julie!

My goal is to lose around 20lb too, but by April (I don't mind if it's the end of April!)!! Woohoo!!

I have been doing Zumba workouts for a little while at home (I am now a qualified instructor!!), so I do that every other day. Each day, I go to the gym or a group class for at least an hour - my daily goal is to make sure I have that hour to myself!! The Zumba I do with the dvd at home fits in between Jaron's sleeps - my 2 year old loves doing it with me!

The 30 day Shred. A friend here got that the other day. Maybe I should see if I can get a copy and we can work on it together?

Thanks, Kelli and Amanda! We're going to stick to it and lose this weight.

I accomplished my goal yesterday....I did the 30 day shred and did not snack!! yay!

My goal today is to do the 30 day shred (which I've already done), drink more water and to NOT snack.

How about you Stacey??

I lacked a little on the exercise today - though I've just knocked off work (it's 5am here!) at a bar that I've been running round like a mad lady in since 11pm - I think that should count!!

Still trying to get the 30 day shred dvd.

I had a little sliver of cheesecake for desert tonight and a glass of wine with lunch whoops! But it was all for my Aunt's 60th. Nice excuse, huh!?

Tomorrow, well, today, I need to hit the gym, and do my Zumba dvd!

Bars stay open until 5am there?

It's ok to cheat every once in a while plus it was your Aunt's bday.

I did the 30 minute shred yesterday, drank about 100 oz of water. I ate a little more than usual because Jordan is going through some sort of growth spurt the last few days and is eating constantly so I'm eating a little more than usually, but it's all healthy at least.

Today I plan on doing the 30 day shred and continue drinking 100 oz of water.

I did the shred video this morning and it's a lot easier. I've been drinking 100 oz of water a day and I'm counting calories (1500 a day).

How are you doing Stacey?
