I am hungry today!! Trying to stick to healthy things, but definitely taking a power walk later of to walk some of this food off.
I decided to do group classes at the gym instead of exercising alone. They motivate me much more!
How are you Alethia, with Kaylee being sick a lot lately it mush be tough.

I haven't been able to really work out with Kaylee being so sick all the time or little Brandon. I try to do as much walking at work that I can to get something in...but mainly my weight loss is just diet related right now. I did loose another 1lb this past week - so i'm happy about that. Can't wait to work out though and tone!
I am finally getting to the point of enjoying exercising!! Today, on Saturday morning I am in my bed at 7: 30 am playing this workout song over and over and thinking how to make Milan eat before 8:15 so I could leave for the gym and do a step class. I love my instructor, she is so pumped!!!! DH is finally seeing some results! I am loving the numbers when I get on my scale. One month to go to reach my goal of 130lb!!
I really wanted to check in with you guys!! You two are so awesome!! Anyways, I havent been working out as much lately but I have been eating better. Im heading out to go run(even though Im sleep deprived, if I dont get out of the house, I think Ill pass out). Ill weigh myself later. But I didnt want you guys to think I left you guys!! Im proud of all your accomplishments
Good to see you back, Christina. I am sure you are getting your workout with all the house decoration, furnishing, and cleaning stuff. I can't wait to see your bedroom all painted, by the way!
I actually got interested in the Zumba workout and I might be getting a DVD so I could try it out. It would be a good way to work out at home when I can't hit the gym.
I am back to my happy self today. I managed to get out to the gym yesterday and made DH take all to cookies to work! Now there are no cookies at home and I have no junk to eat! Yay!

Next week I am going to do a weight loss challenge. I will go to the gym and do cardio only for at least one hour EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK! DH will be on vacation and I have to use that time to seriously drop some pounds. My goal is 4 lb! I seem to be stuck at the same weight and I need real kick to shed some pounds.

Girls??? I Hope you are doing ok. I know you have a lot going on lately Alethia and sounds like you Christina have a lot of house and other projects running. How is your weight loss doing?
I am doing ok lately. I am almost down to my goal of 130 lb, I am 18 days late on it, but oh well at least I am getting there. I have lost a total of 10 lb since January, which makes me really happy 6 more to go and I will be one happy girl!
