Hi ladies! I'm Hannah. I have been a casual poster here in the June PR. Basically, I am tired of being fat. In the last two years, I have had back to back pregnancies and really packed on the pounds. I started WW last fall, but it fell through pretty quick with the holidays.
I now have a goal, well at least motivation. Over Spring Break, some friends from work and I will be going to NYC. I really don't want to have to buy new clothes. I want to wear my old clothes on the trip. I am able to put on my old jeans--they just look really gross. I am also going to be a bridesmaid in Sept. I have a good 40 lbs to go for the wedding.
Thanks Kimmie! I finally stepped on a scale today. It was for the first time since before Thanksgiving. I was very excited to see that I have lost about 10 since then. I am down a total of 18 since the beginning of October. I keep looking at all of my old clothes and all of the new clothes I would love to buy if I keep losing. So far, its working for me!
That is definitely a motivational topic for me!! NEW CLOTHES! ahaha I hate buying clothes when I'm "bigger". I don't want to encourage myself to be that size, I want to fit in my old clothes and continue to buy the size I was in before.
GOOD LUCK GIRL!
We'll be here rooting you on!
BTW I haven't really looked into weight watchers, how does it really work? I don't think from what I have heard that it would work for me. I am NOT a dieter lol
WW has really worked for me in the past. It's pretty easy too. I am very picky, so it's hard for me to diet. WW is good for a picky eater because you can eat just about whatever you want as long as you stay within your points limit. I know this is totally unhealthy, but I think I might have to go to my old college diet. Back then it was ephedra diet pills and those healthy choice meals. I do great after I lose the weight too. My problem is getting pregnant. I gain too much then.
