As of today I'm down 40 pounds even! Now I only have 42 more to go. That shouldn't be a problem now that I'm starting school.
I went to the college yesterday just to do a few things before classes start and I honestly think I walked a MILE just going from building to building!
I'm hoping I can get to school early enough in the mornings to park as far away as possible that way my walk will be even longer I think it will be good exercise!
Then for the summer semesters I'm taking my PE classes. They have 2 that are dedicated to a good walking, jogging, running routine. Sounds like a good way to get my PE credits and work on my weight even more!
