I remember a while back someone posted that they were concerned because their LO was doing this head shaking thing. Well now Jamie started doing it a few days ago - looks like he is shaking his head "no". It must feel good or interesting or something like that. Or maybe its just some sort of "body awareness". Anyone else's LO do this?

Vi shakes her head side to side, but only when there is music. She's a little dancer

Yeah Mikey does it. He used to only do it when he was falling asleep but now he does it sitting up too

Kolbie did it a lot a few months ago but only sometimes now.

It was me!!! Chase used to do this ALL the time! Then one day he just kinda stopped and didn't do it for a long time. He started nodding his head again just a couple days ago but now I think he is more imitating us because he loves to do it after we do. Babies do funny things!

Jed does it alot! Especially with music...but if you talk to him, it is like he shakes his head "no" as an answer. It is too cute! He always grins when he does it.

Logan shakes his head no a lot. It honestly seems like he just does it when he is doing something he doesn't enjoy, like going in his car seat. But maybe I'm just reading too much into it.

When Kolbie does it, it also is like she actually really does mean to be saying no to whatever is going on.

I don't even know where he might have gotten it...we hardly ever shook our heads at him or said no, and now we're even more careful If only he learned all of the other signs that we are working on as quickly!

Jamie just does it randomly. He's not saying "no" - he seems to just like the way it feels.
