AHHHHH! I can't believe I am putting this out there for everyone to see, but maybe these horrible pics will help keep me motivated.....these are pics of me in a bikini I used to wear before my last two kiddos. The last time I wore it was about 3 yrs ago when I was barely 130lbs, but here I am squeezing into it for pics to post on the internet at 158lbs (wow I must be INSANE). Okay, hopefully the after pics will be better......

Yay, good for you. I read somewhere that housework burns about 160 calories per hour. I would guess more for things like carpet cleaning and vaccuming.

omg carpet cleaning is QUITE the work out! I used to do it while pregnant.... nothing happened lol

BUT it is really tiring.
I also like the plan to drink all that water! I'm on the same page. I'm trying to drink lots and lots.

Thanks everyone!!! I am already down to 158lbs again I know I should stay off the scale, but I have become OBSESSED with getting back down weight wise lol...

1/18/2010:
B: 3/4c Cracklin Oat Bran
exercise: just housework - the workout DVD says only to do it every other day so I am doing it again tomorrow
L: 1 grilled chicken breast and water - not all that hungry right now
exercise: some light housework
S: skipped for the day - too busy with grading papers, etc.
D: went to Subway, BUT I ordered something much healthier than I normally do I got a 6" on wheat classic itallian with lettuce, olives, pickles, and a little spicy mustard. I also had a Dannon light and fit strawberry yogurt and some water.

O.....M.....G.......After seeing these I just want to crawl under a rock and die.....how did I ever let myself get like this???! This is definitely a reality check - it is amazing how many defects you can hide under clothing but not when you are in a bikini that is too small lol!

I think your body shape is beautiful. No need to feel like crawling under a rock to hide. You'll get your body back to where you are comfortable. Love that bikini too. I wish I could wear one.

Well I'm probably just jealous of how good your boobs look lol

And don't feel embarrassed about your pics, I'm embarrassed about mine but at the same time... the results that I'm going to get to see on here is going to be great motivation!
I think it will do the same for you!
