let's start the week out right! If you worked out today, even if it was 5 minutes, let us know!!
Today I did 30 minutes of dancing in my mirror and switching it up with upper and lower body exercises with 10lbs dumbbells.
Those of you that do not know what to do as far as a workout goes or just haven't worked out in a while and want to start of slow, try this little workout below. If you can't do 10 pushups then just do as many as you can even if it's just 1 or try doing them at an incline against a wall or couch.
Do 2 or 3 sets. Start with jumping jacks and go directly into pushups. That is 1 set. Rest for 30 seconds ( it's ok if you need more time to recover) and start over for another set.
Also, if you can't jump for whatever reason, just move your arms like the jumping jack motion and move side to side.
25 jumping jacks
10 pushups (on your knees is Ok!)

SO SO glad you are back!!!! I did a workout with a DVD this morning called the Postnatal Bootcamp. I can already feel that by tomorrow my legs, arms and abs will be screaming at me haha! It feels good though. The only thing that bothered me is that I felt about 50lbs heavier after working out. My whole body just feels like it is made of lead. I guess that means I am out of shape lol....

I did not do any exercise today. I would have gone out and shoveled when DH got home, but I had to go to my weight watchers meeting. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day... I did lose 2.2 lbs in the last week though. I am waiting for my wii fit board to get here...the one I have broke, and it's still on warranty, so I will get a new one...YIPPEE!!
