I really need to get some of this baby weight off. I feel gross! The hardest part for me is that I am still EBF so losing weight has been next to impossible. Apparently my body thinks we need to store fat for some odd reason! I am starting to track my food on My Fitness Pal again but BF makes me sooo hungry! We have an eliptical machine now so I need to somehow motivate myself to get up in the mornings and actually use it. Kylan usually wakes around 5am to eat, so I should just stay up and work out. Can someone please come to my house every morning and put me on the elliptical?!

LOL - I am in the exact same boat! I am EBFing and trying to keep myself from eating my own young because I am SO HUNGRY all the time lol. Not only that but finding time to work out is difficult too - I am starting to get up at 6am to squeeze in workouts before my other two young one wake up and get in the way. YOU CAN DO IT SUSAN! We can encourage each other

I am the queen of finding any little excuse not to work out! My lastest one is that I am up alot at night with Kylan so I should go back to bed after his 5 or 530 feeding. By the time I actually get back to sleep, I maybe have 15mins before the alarm goes off so I really should just stay up.

You can do it!!! I hate working out. I woke up this morning dreading going to the gym.... I don't even go until 6:30pm. Once I go though, I feel soooo much better. I am also EBFing and understand your constant hunger. I feel like I eat and an hour later I am starving again. My body holds onto fat while BFing, but as soon as I stop it falls off. My weight loss has been a slow progress but the self-confidence is worth it. Good Luck!!!

hmm, I find it odd that your body is holding onto the fat. Isn't BFing supposed to help you burn calories. I read 200-500 a day.
I'm EBFing too and I'm always hungry BFing or not. I'm a fate person in a semi skinny person's body!

I also have an eliptical but it's at the recreational center at my apartment building. I hate working on it, it makes me jiggle and bounce[boobs], I need a better bra. I also have a problem waking up early.
