My mom made these today for us. Sooooooooo yummy!

You need...

*defrost the wrappers (or leave them out for a little bit, they defrost pretty quick)

*scramble about 3 eggs in a bowl

* use a pastry brush to brush the egg on all for sides of the wrapper about an inch in all the way around (pretty much the width of the brush) this seals the cheese in

*then roll the cheese like this: (I used a napkin to show you because they were all done by the time I decided I should post this. LOL)

*dip stick into egg

*then into bread crumbs

*then fry in oil until golden brown (usually a few minutes) make sure the oil is hot.

There is no known explanation for my losses.
