We have been using sposies at night and cloth diapering the rest. Well last week, I forgot to buy sposies. It was late and I would have had to pack up all four kids and make the trip to Wal-Mart. So I asked on facebook what my fellow moms used at night.

Well that was last Wed and we still haven't bought sposies. And so far - so good.

Yay! What are you using for overnight?

Ashlyn is currently back in sposies until we get this detergent situation figured out but before that every other night she was in sposies since other than the fitted, I haven't found a night time solution that has worked and is comfortable for her

Yeah I've always had a tough time with nighttime and always seem to end up in disposable. What did you find that works?

FB OS double stuffed with regular sized inserts not the newborn is working for us.

I have also used BG 4.0 stuffed with both of the inserts and a prefold. NO leaks!

Of course Jaxon is in the diaper from 10 pm - 8 am so not quite 12 hours. But he still nurses 3-4 times during that time.

Here are some of the suggestions from the facebook moms:

I use flips with 2 stay dry liners, or an organic liner with a hemp doubler.

I just use my BG pocket with the regular insert and a newborn insert. We don't have problems overnight!

Cade is a super soaker so we use a Knickernappies SuperDo insert in a Blueberry pocket diaper (it created leg gaps in the Knickernappies diapers). If he poops those all up, we've used a Flip stay-dry insert doubled up with a 2nd one, their organic one, or a Weehuggers bamboo insert.

That's great! We still use disposables at night but cloth all day.

That's great! We use cloth 100% and Vi usually wears a FB medium with the insert and then a hemp insert stuffed in as well. Or a FB medium stuffed with an organic insert from the Flip diaper since those are pretty absorbent. Never had a leak and she wears one from about 830pm to 930am!

Glad you found a solution! We use two infant sized prefolds trifolded into a cover. We could never use sposies at night with Lily or we'd be up at 3 am changing sheets and pjs. We learned to double up with Abri because she despises middle of the night diaper changes even though she's up several times to eat.
