so i started my real work out today i have th 30 day shred and the 6 week six-pack by jillian michaels...so the bigest i have been was like 300 pounds(when i was pregnant and then for around a month after...i lied to everyone that i lost 70 pounds in 2 weeks it toke longer but i was so upset about my size) before i got pregnant with my dd almost 3 years ago i was 156 i got pregnant with her then went up to 220 then lost 20 pounds and stayed at 200 till i got pregnant with josh... then like i said i went up to around 300 pounds. i would love to get back to the 156 at some point soon..
just before i had josh
a month after i had him (sitting at 270)
now at 7 month pp sitting at 198 (taken last week)
so i hope to work with everyone and anyone to get this off of me to get me to my 156
oh and the 20 min work out has killed me almost my legs burn (i was told thats a good thing that i got a great work out in , is that right????????)
