Caleb hasn't used the swing since he was about 5 months old. He just tries to climb out of it, and I'm afraid he'll get hurt by toppling the swing or something, so I've put it away. I sure wish we could still use it, though! He just naps on the couch, which means I can't leave the room for very long, because I'm afraid he'll wake up and roll off.
Jamie never liked his, which was a big bummer. He only used it a handful of times. It's in my foyer, taking up space, until I get the energy to carry it to the attic. Isn't there a weight limit on them?
Chase only tolerated his when he was too little to really know the difference. Ya know, when they are itty bitty newborns that sleep through everything and sleep all the time? It has been in our storage room since he was about 3 months, and it sat in our family room for atleast a month and a half before we put it away. I think we kept hoping maybe he would start liking it. It was expensive!
Thank you MeganPixel for surprising me with this super cute siggy-you rock!
We still use ours, but only when she's awake and I need to take a shower. It's in our room so I can put her in it and use the shower and still see her. I do have to strap her in now because she tries to sit up and escape, but she will tolerate it for 10 or 15 mins and likes looking out the window when she's in it. We really never used ours that much either... other than the first 2 or 3 weeks when she slept in it because we didn't have a bassinet!
