Ok bad day to write this...I just ate a bowl of chips and 2 pieces of cake
My goal weight is 125, I am currently 140 and have been stuck at this weight since before Christmas. I am having a hard time finding my motivation to watch what I am eating and even to workout. I have to find a workout program that works for me for the next couple months...well until spring hits !
I have a rewards set
135 - Finally cut and get a new hair style
130 - Was a Klim sweater but got that for christmas so will have to think of something
125 - New jeans
So excited down 2 lbs since I started this again!! I find excercise is my key, I must walk to make the day work. My problem is finding the time on the tread mill when kids are not sleeping ?? Spring come soon please !!
I'm so behind and haven't even made a big try at the whole weight loss! I am going to focus on healthy foods and getting to the gym at least once or twice a week. Maybe just a walk would be better than nothing right now.
