Well my goal last week was to go to the gym 3 times a week, don't eat any fast food and drink at least 60 ounces of water per day.
I did it!
No fast food!
Way more water than that per day!
and I went to the gym ONCE but then started P90X w/ DH so we are doing at least an hour a day of excercise at home that's harder than what I'd d o at the gym anyway.
weighed in today... DH lost 9 pounds anddddd *drumroll* ... I lost 1.4 pounces. Ugh, why does it have to be SO SLOW for women?! pfft. oh well, better than nothing!
Yeah we both like it a lot. Is tough but it's something different every day. We are weak and doing a lotof Modified stuff but still being really sore. DH threw up after the first workout lol. Physically I can already feel a difference on him and this week he can do more push us etc than last week so it's making progress! He wanted to buyu this program a few years ago but i said no because its so expensive but someone at work was awesome and burned us all of the DVDs and theres like 13 of them or something.

Just start today! A week doesn't have to be Monday to Monday! You're only cheating yourself if you wait a week to start eating better
